Sherman is really great. I was outta shape and need to get to a certain weight to fit into my wedding gown but too unmotivated and shy to go to the gym. I had asked Sherman to be my personal trainer and now I noticed a positive change in my appearance. I am happy and now more confident with myself. I definitely recommend Going to Sherman he helps you reach ya main goal. I told him exactly what I wanted and he got me to the point. I absolutely loved having Sherman as a trainer! I’m not experienced in fitness or familiar with gym equipment but he always made sure to explain what we were doing or answer any of my questions. He was also very motivational and pushed you to try your hardest. Overall I would definitely recommend his services!

I've been working out with Sherman for over a year now. He's helped with all my goals from fat loss to muscle gaining. Sherman takes into consideration  
any difficulties I am having and finds a great way to overcome them. He is considerate of my schedule and works with me to find a good workout time given

 Sherman has proven to be a great selection as a trainer. He is prompt and constantly changing the routine to challenge my levels of  fitness. He is very resourceful in using various equipment and anything around to incorporate into the session. I have seen benefits from partnering with him in a short amount of time.

Sherman is an amazing trainer! He was flexible with my schedule and he always had a smile on his face and was ready to work out and always had new ideas help improve the matter what the situation was he is very knowledgeable in his in training and he always would reach out to me and make sure that I was on top of my fitness and health and would always answer my questions anytime of the day if I had any and would send me work outs to do when I was away and couldn’t come see him when I was working out with him I was new to fitness and he really helped me with my fitness journey and inspired me to get more into fitness and still motivated me. After all the progress I’ve seen with him I just wanted to continue my fitness journey to keep seeing progress.

Gym Equipment

Sherman is one of the best personal trainers that I have ever worked with. Strengths: He is very motivating and encourages his clients throughout the session. He also clearly cares about his clients’ overall health. Every session, he will not only touch base on what my physical activities were like earlier in the week, but he will also check in on things like nutrition. Physical appearance wise, I have already begun to notice positive body changes in muscle/tone and feel both stronger and slimmer. Weakness: Sometimes it is hard to coordinate sessions because of my busy, variable schedule; but, thankfully, he is very accommodating and is always responsive via text. He does his best to try and meet at times and places that work best for me.
